Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Sasquatch Siding ("Oakstack", "we") for using Oakstack: the website, dashboard, API, SDK, and MCP server. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to them. If you use Oakstack for a business, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Oakstack provides scheduled jobs, a webhook relay, PDF generation, and transactional and inbound email through one API. We may improve, change, or retire features; we'll give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.
Your account
- Keep your login and API keys secret. You're responsible for what happens with them.
- Give us accurate contact details, and tell us right away if a key leaks (revoke it in the dashboard).
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including its email rules. You are responsible for the content you send through Oakstack and for having the right to send it, including the consent of the people you email.
Plans, billing, and limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- Each plan has usage limits. When you reach one, the service stops for that feature instead of charging you more. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, your workspace moves to the Free plan.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Your data
You own the content you send through Oakstack. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Logs and files are kept for your plan's retention period and then deleted, so keep your own copies of anything you need long term.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Oakstack and close your account at any time. We may pause or suspend a feature or your account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk (for example high email bounce or complaint rates), or if the law requires it. Where it's safe to, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
No warranty
Oakstack is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered (inbox providers make their own decisions).
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Oakstack is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you sent through Oakstack or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll update the date above and email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Oakstack after that means you accept them.
